About Us

A native to the Coulee Region, Sheri Miller has over 25 years of accounting experience working with small businesses, taxes, internal audit, fraud prevention and detection, and risk management.

​Sheri understands the complexities of owning a business. This not only makes her relatable to her small business customers but it also allows Sheri to be able to provide her customers with a unique insight into many specialized areas including risk management. With the increasingly strict regulation climate, this insight is what sets Sheri and PKC 3 LLC above all other firms.

Sheri’s credentials include licensure as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). Sheri is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Renae Heesch is an experienced Tax Accountant with her main focus being on individual tax returns. She holds a Masters in Accounting from DeVry University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Management & Finance with an accounting minor from Northwestern College in Orange City, IA. Renae is an Enrolled Agent, a federally authorized tax practitioner that may represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. She has been with PKC since the fall of 2009 and previously worked as a general ledger accountant for Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL. She is a member of the National Association of Tax Preparers. Renae genuinely loves her clients and enjoys helping them to not only prepare their tax returns, but understand taxation and prepare for future changes.

​Renae and her husband reside in West Salem along with their four children and two dogs. They are active in the local community and volunteer with their church, school, and Safe Families for Children organization. In her free time, Renae enjoys spending time outdoors and watching sporting events with her family.

Allisa was hired at PKC 3 in October of 2021 as an Administrative Assistant. After working in her new role, and experiencing all the work that goes into tax season; she decided she wanted to shift gears towards accounting and has started learning how to fill that role here in the office. Allisa has taken Accounting Classes at Western Technical College to further her education. She helped with tax preparation in 2023, and will be continuting preparation for this upcoming tax season. 

Allisa and her husband welcomed their first baby boy, AJ, this summer. They currenlty reside in Onalaska and both enjoy watching football, cooking, traveling, and most importantly, spending time with their sweet boy. 

Jesse was hired in January of 2023 and has been working in various fields of accounting and tax season duties. He graduated from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis & Analytics. He has learned the ins and outs of the tax process as well as how to communicate and help with clients whenever the need arises. He primarily works with payrolls and bank reconciliations but will broaden his accounting knowledge with more training and help from other members of the staff.

Jesse loves the watch and play sports and spends most of his free time with his family and friends. He also loves to hunt, fish and spend time in the outdoors. He is an avid fan of the Milwaukee Bucks and Green Bay Packers.
